This may strike you as odd, but my lovely boyfriend makes actually edible cheese at home in our spare room.

Although maybe it’s not as weird as it sounds, as highlighted by this rather lovely clip from last week’s Great British Food Revival, featuring said boyfriend and our spare room / kitchen area:

Seems quite sensible now, eh?

To my mind, everyone should try making their own cheese at least once, just so you know how much better the finished product is.
